Alabama FC is pleased to announce the expansion of the ECNL-RL into North Alabama. This is an exciting time for players in our Alabama FC Huntsville branch, and all of north Alabama to be a part of the best league in the country for player development and college exposure. The girls will play in the ECNL RL Gulf Coast Conference while the boys will play in the ECNL RL Mid America Conference starting in the fall of 2025. These platforms will serve a great need to help provide players with local opportunities in Huntsville while continuing to work with the ECNL platform in Birmingham within Alabama FC.

In year one of our partnership with the USC staff, our goal was to create and streamline player development pathway options by creating opportunities locally in Huntsville under the Alabama FC umbrella. With the ECNL RL being offered in both genders it will allow for bountiful developmental options for the Huntsville player that should serve the area with excellence.”
