Speed, Agility and Quickness (with and without the ball)

 

Come join the SAQ Clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays. It’s an opportunity to get an extra session each week for free! The coaches will work the players through exercises to improve running technique, quickness of feet and ability to change direction.

The sessions are for every player within the club and we hope to see many of you on the field.
